DXD-400 series packing machine

       DXD-400 Series packing machine is designed for automatic packing middle dose material (max 400ml), and can be equipped with different filling and measuring device.

 

       Packing process is as measuring, bag-forming, filling, sealing, printing, cutting etc.

 

Characteristic

The mechanical parts include: vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, film pulling system, film feeding system, pouch forming system, cutting device, eye-mark system

 

Main machine adopts qualified electrical units: intelligent temperature controller for sealing temperature, imported inverter for speed controlling, PLC controller and panel is the hardcore of the machine.

 

The pouch shape of this packing machine is pillow-pack. There are multi-measuring devices for choice, such as Auger filler (O) for powder, Measuring cup (V) for granule and Electronic-weighing system (E). Cutting device can be zigzag cutter or line cutter.

 

Function:

Packing fine granule as medicine, sugar, TANG, tea, seasoning, salt, seeds, etc.

Packing powder as milk powder, bean powder, or seasoning powder
